The hotel's prime location and exceptionally friendly
staff were the standout features of my stay. With lots of helpful tips and engaging conversations, the staff truly enhance the experience. However, I was disappointed by the lack of tea-making facilities and sound insulation in the rooms, which affected our sleep quality.

Power outages were frequent, detracting from the convenience of my stay. Additionally, the hotel is in need of some renovations. the furniture and fixtures felt outdated. Essentials like tea bags, drinking water bottles, and even basic amenities like an iron weren't in the room, which was a letdown. relying on borrowed items from reception was annoying.

The location of Sultanahmet Nu Hotel is a dream come true. Just a short walk to the Hagia Sophia and Grand Bazaar, making it super convenient for sightseeing. The staff really stood out during my stay. Javidan went above and beyond to assist, always smiling and offering helpful tips. The terrace offered beautiful views and a great spot to relax. Room cleanliness was on point, which I really appreciated. However, the absence of tea-making facilities in the room was disappointing. I also faced power cuts during my stay, which made things a bit inconvenient. Additionally, noise from the street was noticeable at times.

Check-in process needs attention!!! Noise isolation is lacking, allowing disturbances from neighbors!!! Cleanliness standards must improve. considerable dust in corners!!! Improve the room's natural light by addressing window blockages!!!

the curtain situation was quite amusing, not closing properly. The staff seemed to be waiting for guests to complain, rather than checking themselves. I expected an upgrade due to the inconvenience but was given the same mediocre room. Also, cleanliness was a joke, with dust everywhere. almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

I really enjoyed my recent stay, especially the cozy ambiance of the room and the refreshing drinks from the bar. It was nice to unwind on the terrace and take a dip in the small pool while soaking up the sun. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi wasn’t the strongest at times, but it didn't spoil my experience at all. ☀️
